Your Reputation Should Be Working as Hard as You Are.

ISG builds public trust architecture for healthcare CEOs — so the market comes to you.

Who Is Behind ISG

Eric I. Anderson and Chris Grosse didn’t build ISG from a content marketing background. They built it from the operator’s seat.
Chris spent his career deep in 503A compounding pharmacy, GLP-1 and peptide markets, and national field sales leadership — building and leading independent contractor sales organizations across 30+ states and generating more than $7.8M in cumulative prescription lift across his commercial roles. Eric built and ran a $130M orthopedic division, leading healthcare commercial organizations before turning that same operator playbook into the brand-building infrastructure behind ISG.
Together they co-host the Content Crib podcast and have advised dozens of healthcare CEOs, founders, and clinical leaders on positioning, content, and authority.
We are not freelancers who happen to have healthcare clients. We are healthcare operators who happen to do this work.

Why Choose Us?

01

Operator-Led Strategy, Not Agency Guesswork

We’ve sat in the seats our clients sit in — running commercial healthcare organizations, navigating regulatory complexity, managing investor relationships. Your strategist isn’t a 24-year-old content coordinator. It’s someone who understands your business, your buyers, and your board.

02

Built for Healthcare, Not Bolted On

We don’t serve SaaS founders, real estate investors, and healthcare CEOs all from the same playbook. Every framework, content strategy, and distribution system we use was built from the ground up for the nuances of healthcare leadership — clinical credibility, regulatory sensitivity, and stakeholder trust.

03

Public Trust Architecture That Compounds

Most executives post content. We build systems. Your Proof Library, Career Thesis, and Reputation Engine work together as compounding assets — so your visibility isn’t a campaign. It’s infrastructure that appreciates over time and drives measurable business outcomes
